The next step in the framework is to address the Why. This helps those who question the relevance to themselves before taking on board what you will teach.

This section should cover why it’s important for them to learn this. A great way to illustrate this is with a story relevant to your topic or how you developed your training concept or approach, this could be something that happened to you or to someone else that inspired you.
