How

This is where you break down your approach, method, or ideas into a simple to follow framework or into a step by step system that leads to an outcome.

A framework is a structured and memorable way to teach your idea or approach to a topic. You could give it a catchy name like 4MAT or use an acronym.

Creating your framework

Start by thinking about how you can break down your subject.

  1. What are the key takeaways? What should they remember?
  2. Can you create a step by step system?
  3. Can you make it into a easy to remember framework?
  4. Is a system you follow yourself?

Fifi has a framework called Get SET. This is a simple social media story structure, that she uses and shares with clients to help write impactful social media stories.

You first give context on the Situation (S), then you Educate/ Explain (E) what happened and then you share the Transformation (T) to illustrate who you or others can learn from your story.

Your framework doesn’t have to be something new. You could share a well known framework, for example 4MAT.

What If

This is where you address the what if questions or the obstacles that might get in the way of them taking action.

You could also paint the picture of what things would be like if they do follow your systems and what might happen if they don’t.

Conclusion

This is a summary of what they have learnt, it could also include next steps to give the learner something tangible to go away and do, such as complete the workbook.
